MontaukOS software ports

Build

git clone --recurse-submodules <url> ~/dev/mtkports
cd ~/dev/mtkports
make                  # build every port into out/apps/<name>/
make doom             # build one port
make install          # copy bundles into MontaukOS/programs/bin/apps/

Then from the MontaukOS tree:

make ports            # builds + installs ports (equivalent to the above)
make ramdisk
